Buenos Aires is the oldest tennis tournament in South America (since 1893). Guillermo Vilas reigned here for 6 years in a row in the 70s (he won the trophy 8 times).

In Hamburg, another great tournament, one of the oldest in the world (since 1892), the greatest dominator has been Roger Federer with 4 titles. And in women Stefi Graff with 6 consecutive trophies (1987-1992).
