Best tennis player in Roland Garros

Roland Garros, Rafa Nadal's Unbelievable Feat.

In the world of tennis, there are tons of tough achievements, but one that's pretty much the Everest of them all is what Rafael Nadal has pulled off at Roland Garros. Winning a Grand Slam is tough enough, but winning the same one 14 times? That's just outrageous, and nobody else has come close. What's more, he’s nailed it 14 times out of 14 finals. That's almost unheard of. Nadal’s dominance on the clay courts is simply staggering.

Beyond Roland Garros, he's bagged 25 Masters 1000 titles: 10 times in Rome, 11 in Monte Carlo, 4 in Madrid (his first was on a hard court, by the way), and 12 in Barcelona (an ATP 500 event), racking up a total of 63 tournament wins with over 90% of matches won.

These are records that no tennis player from any era could dream of reaching. In the ATP era, in the Tennis Race for History, he's way ahead of Novak Djokovic with 3 wins in 7 finals and Roger Federer with one trophy in 5 finals. They usually ended up running into the Spaniard. The only one who dominated like this in a certain period during the Open Era was Bjorn Borg, who won 6 titles from 1974 to 1981. Soon, the Open Era (starting in 1968) will be added to the Tennis Race for History.
