Arthur Gea has just knocked on the door

Now, the other Arthur is starting to make some serious noise.

Arthur Gea has produced one of the biggest French breakthroughs of the season. His victory in Los Cabos, where he captured the first ATP title of his career, represents a major step forward and confirms that his progress is beginning to translate onto the sport’s biggest stage.

That breakthrough is already reflected in the TRH standings.

Gea currently occupies No. 1,436 in the Tennis Race for History ranking, with:

• An 8–5 win-loss record
• A 61.54% winning percentage

He is still at the very beginning of his journey, but he has already achieved one of the toughest milestones for any young player: lifting his first trophy on the ATP Tour.
